What kind of support does Vita Advocate provide?
Practical, compassionate support that helps you move forward with confidence. That includes compassionate, non-clinical guidance when life feels overwhelming, help organizing tasks, paperwork, appointments, and decisions, and consistent support and structure to help you move forward at your pace.
What services does Vita Advocate offer?
Six areas of support: Grief Support & Counseling, Caregiver Support & Strategy, Disability Advocacy, Life Transition Support, Practical Life Management, and Personal & Home Oversight. Each service page explains what is included and who it is for.
Is this the same as therapy or clinical counseling?
No. Vita Advocate provides non-clinical guidance and support. We help you organize, plan, and move forward, but we are not a substitute for licensed medical, legal, or financial professionals.
What happens after I reach out?
First, you will get a prompt, human response: a personal email from our team, not an auto-reply, acknowledging your message and suggesting a few times for a brief call. Next, we will have a confidential introductory call, a 20-30 minute conversation with no pressure and no cost, so you can share more about your situation and get a feel for how we work. Finally, we will discuss a potential path forward together. If it feels like a good fit, we will outline what supportive partnership could look like and provide clear next steps. If we are not the right fit, we will do our best to suggest other resources.
Is my information kept confidential?
Yes. We treat your inquiry with the same confidentiality and respect we bring to all our client partnerships. You can review our Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is handled.
How do I get started?
Send us a message through the contact form. It is the simplest way to begin. Tell us what is feeling heaviest right now, and we will schedule a time to talk in a safe, confidential, and judgment-free conversation.
